In 2020, Microsoft closed all of their stand alone retail locations. Our mission was to create content for the Windows website that felt personal, and would resonate with potential users as they shopped for a new device. From parents on double duty working from home, artists finding their way or driven professionals, we sought to bridge the gap between features and experience.
